What does Mortocan sell?
Mortocan offers curated luxury products centred on scent, ritual, and atmosphere, including essential oils, incense products, charcoal-based items, and household air-purification accessories.
Are your products ready-made, or do you assemble them?
Some components are sourced internationally, while the final sets are assembled and quality checked in Ottawa, Canada. Certain essential oils are sourced from a Canadian supplier.
Is the box set a limited release or a permanent release?
Our current box set is part of our permanent offering, subject to availability.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. International shipping may be added later.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 6 business days, depending on order volume and destination.
Which carriers do you use?
We may ship with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or DHL, depending on destination and service availability.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns for unopened items within 10 days of delivery.
What items cannot be returned?
Opened essential oils, used charcoal bags, and any used personal or household fragrance items cannot be returned.
