Mortocan offers curated luxury products centred on scent, ritual, and atmosphere, including essential oils, incense products, charcoal-based items, and household air-purification accessories.
Are your products ready-made, or do you assemble them?
Some components are sourced internationally, while the final sets are assembled and quality checked in Ottawa, Canada. Certain essential oils are sourced from a Canadian supplier.
Is the box set a limited release or a permanent release?
Our current box set is part of our permanent offering, subject to availability.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. International shipping may be added later.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day of delivery and include clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if approved.

No. External aromatic use only. Do not apply directly to the skin unless specifically stated on the product label.
