SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship across Canada and the United States. Additional international destinations may be added in the future.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 6 business days, depending on order volume, destination, and product availability.
We may ship orders using Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or DHL, depending on destination and service availability.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method.
We do not currently offer a free shipping threshold unless otherwise stated during a promotional period.
Estimated shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Most orders arrive within 1 to 6 business days after dispatch, although delays may occur.
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Mortocan is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

For shipments outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on the destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
