Returns & Refunds

Please shop with confidence at Mortocan. Please review our returns and refunds policy below before making a purchase.

We only accept returns for unopened items within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in its original condition
  • in its original packaging

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • opened essential oils
  • used charcoal bags
  • any opened, used, or altered fragrance-related items

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as Mortocan is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 1 day of delivery.

Your message must include:

  • Your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the damage or the incorrect item

If approved, we will arrange a replacement.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect order.

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
